Dizzy is an exceptional pilot who, as a teen, was shamed for her shapely hips and exceptionally large, paddle-like feet. 

 These days she spends a lot of time buzzing through the clouds in order to help Steampunks in need of rescue from sky pirates and other pesky predators. Who's laughing now, eh?
